VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Would you rather workout from home, but want the attention and expertise of a personal trainer? Then my virtual sessions are exactly what you're looking for!
You'll get all the benefits of 1 on 1 training including encouragement, an eye on proper form, and custom programming from the comfort of your own space. It's entirely possible to create workouts that are strictly bodyweight, but I encourage clients to purchase a few resistance bands and dumbbells. Virtual sessions are offered in 30 and 45 minutes and utilize Zoom or Facetime. Reach out for pricing and availability, let's workout from anywhere!
